Hi the scattering of the ashes was my friend of 40 years Keith Wheeler - his wife Jean also my friend can be seen on the beach at Samoreaux putting his ashes where he wanted them - the tree near the back gate if the camp site by the river has a plaque on it for Keith and a seat around the tree beneath it - he and I first went to Samois over 20 years ago - we were both hooked and I opened Le QuecumBar in London 2003 dedicated to Dajngo Reinhardt - Keith always said he wanted this place to be his final resting place a place he loved above all others - the cafe is Paulo's

@williamanesbitt You might not know that, as you are an english speaking dude: "Le flots de danube" is french for "the waves of the donau" wich is originally a classical piece by composer Iosif Ivanovici. (The "Donau" is a river flowing thru Croatia, Austria and Germany). So the melody of this song is coming originally from that compsition. The title "Anniversary Song" has just been choosen to make it more convenient for english speaking people like you. Actually this is one and the same song.

Sounds suspiciously like "Anniversary Song" to me. Maybe the bridge is different?
